All the prices of Grocery, Vegetable, Fish & Meat products are volatile and can be changed depending on the market price.
Seasonal Vegetables & Raw Products may be frozen or unavailable at off season.

Any product or promotion of a product on the Service are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in any other way associated with, Facebook. Facebook has no control over Content, Contributions or other information and opinion expressed via the Service.
Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
Due to this ongoing unfavorable situation few delivery boy is available and product also not transported fro our godown so your order may be canceled and your money will be refunded after 30 st August subject to government rules and present situation.
We ship only throughout West Bengal, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Delivery Boys and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms and available local Delivery Boys . astropalash.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only assured to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation by phone.You have to choose the Date and Time of delivery for your order and there should be minimum 1 day gap between the time of placing order and delivery time in our Time Slot list. For delivery within 2 hr please contact at 9874444439 (condition applied). For Raw Fish and Meat it may take 24- 48 hr. to deliver the product. For quick delivery of any order please contact at 9874444439. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).For the confirmation of order We’ll do a phone verification before the delivery of the order. Before the specific verification we’ll not deliver any product.The stock of some of our products may be limited. In case of those products, may be the time of delivery increased a little or we’ll contact and inform you and solve the matter. Fresh Organic products are Organically grown and handpicked by expert. “Patanjali” products are not available at all range.
We do not deliver products to any sub urban areas or any areas, far more than 1 km from the railway station as the quality of the raw products may be lost.
Product image shown is for representation purpose only, the actually product may vary based on season, produce & availability. We depend on the courier for shipping & delivery of the product. So delivery time can be cancelled or changed due to the fault of courier.
*The delivery date will be confirmed after transferring the payment through the payment gateway.
Refund and Return
Once you purchase a product and it is delivered properly it couldn’t be returned.Check the Loose product like vegetables and fish meat and other grocery item Before delivery if find something wrong don’t accept from delivery boy.We always check thoroughly products to maintain proper quality and quantity and then send for the shipping to the customer. At the time of shipping if any product will damage please don’t accept the damaged product. Replacement only acceptable in case of wrong product delivered ..replacement only acceptable if wrong product delivered. Otherwise no replacement no return will be acceptable .please do not accept unpacked product from courier at the time of delivery. We won’t return open packed product.
we could not able to deliver your order in time
Due to the lock down for Corona Covid -19 and the unfavourable situation we could not able to deliver your order in time.We are trying to deliver your product according to the situation under the guidance of administration. If delivery is not possible then we will let you know and refund your money after lock down period (approx 21days aftr from 25 march 2020 or may be dayled). In Between You Can order in our Whats app No 098744 44439 if Possible we will confirm order by phone and deliver your order but it can be delayed.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is only applicable within Kolkata and certain area around Kolkata (Not all over India). We always accept bank transfer and Credit card & debit card payment through Pay you Money Payment Gateway. Risk of credit & debit card is subjected to Pay you Money Payment Gateway.Pay u Money is one of the leading secured payment gateway in india.
If you Not Received Item within 1 month Please Contact within 2 month from order date otherwise We are Not liable to any Loss of product and your money will not be refundable.
